Levy, a Compass Group company, is hiring a bartender to prepare and serve beverages at our venues in Oklahoma City. You will work at the bar area, greet guests, and ensure prompt, courteous service.

You will follow state and federal liquor regulations, maintain stock, handle cash, and keep the bar area clean and organized. Previous experience in hospitality is valued, and the role offers opportunities to work across premier events.

Qualifications

• Adheres to liquor regulations governing serving to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Maintains bar setup and stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper products, garnishes.
• Greets guests and processes drink orders using standard recipes.

Responsibilities

• Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Detects and acts on guest intoxication per liquor laws.
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies charges, records transactions and ensures vouchers are properly executed.
• Locks up and stores all beverage products and cash; secures bank.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
