Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to work with PeopleReady.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of bartender experience.
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification required; mixology certification preferred.
• Background check may be required; ability to lift 20 pounds and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level customer service and keep a safe environment by removing problem clients.
• Maintain a clean bar area in line with company and health department guidelines.
• Keep accurate cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies at shift end.
• Mix drinks per standard serving sizes to minimize costs.
• Maintain efficient pace to keep customers satisfied at bar and in dining area.
