Job summary

The Surfing Fox, located in The Pierside Hotel, Santa Monica, is seeking a Bartender to craft drinks with creativity and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities include set-up, mixing drinks, serving guests, handling cash, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Must be 21+, bartending training and TIPS certified, with at least 6 months of bartending experience. Part-time Regular.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience and service orientation are essential.
• Knowledge of beverage preparations and safety compliance.
• Customer service mindset and accuracy in handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines.
• Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner.
• Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws.
• Ensure established pars are maintained.
• Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules.
