Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group in Beloit, WI is seeking a bartender to join our team. You will craft drinks, guide guests through menu options, and provide warmth and attentiveness to ensure a memorable visit.

You will handle orders, maintain a clean bar, follow safety and liquor regulations, and collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Prior wine knowledge or certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic math and ability to make change.
• Strong customer service and oral communication.
• Must hold a valid Operator’s License.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Wine experience and/or certification.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and drink orders.
• Prepare and serve drinks following established guidelines.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Maintain bar setup, stock and safety practices.
• Process payments accurately and document orders.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comply with liquor regulations.
