Trapper's Sushi Co. is seeking a skilled bartender to craft beverages and deliver an engaging guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

You will mix drinks to recipes, maintain bar cleanliness, restock inventory, and handle payments while supporting front-of-house operations and upholding our core values of teamwork, respect, and professionalism. Must be 21+ and hold a valid WA MAST permit prior to first day.

Qualificações

• Previous bartender experience or related role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• WA MAST permit required prior to first day of work.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve drinks per recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide excellent guest service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow alcohol service laws and safety guidelines.
• Restock and rotate bar inventory accurately.
• Handle cash, card, and POS transactions.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work.
• Support front-of-house operations.
• Uphold TRAPCHK core values of teamwork, respect, accountability, professionalism, communication, honesty, and kindness.
