Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.

• Ability to visually assess cleanliness of the bar and dining area.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and sanitation standards.
• Accurate cash handling and ability to calculate and record tips.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy bar setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve standard cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Greet guests warmly, take drink orders and provide attentive service.
• Verify guest IDs and enforce alcohol service laws.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock supplies as directed.
• Process payments and operate the POS system accurately.
• Support servers and teammates during busy shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
