Qualifications

• Experience as bartender or in food/beverage role preferred.
• Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
• Cash handling and POS payments accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and multitask.
• Knowledge of alcohol safety regulations; TIPS certification (or within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up and stock the bar with beverages, glassware, and supplies before each shift or event.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner; provide prompt service.
• Process guest payments accurately using POS systems.
• Restock bar supplies and manage inventory as needed.
• Handle cash and credit transactions per outlet procedures.
• Report shortages or discrepancies to Bar Manager.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and bar cleanup.
• Address guest inquiries or complaints to ensure a positive experience.
