Job summary

Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Bartender to craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and deliver outstanding guest service. You will learn our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods while ensuring a smooth dining experience.

You must meet state alcohol serving age, be flexible with weekends and holidays, and may need ServSafe Alcohol training within 90 days. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 30% food and drink discounts, PTO, 401k with 3% match, and growth

Qualifications

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
• T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred; training within 90 days may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service.
• Become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons.
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments.
• Replenish and prepare supplies as needed.
