Job summary

Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living in Matthews, NC is seeking a friendly Bartender who enjoys mixology and guest service. You will craft and serve cocktails, take food and drink orders, and ensure a smooth guest experience in a vibrant retirement community.

Requirements include meeting state alcohol service age, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must meet state age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification within 90 days of starting (unless state requires earlier).
• Lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments.
• Maintain bar stock and prep supplies.
• Ensure a clean and organized service area.
