Qualifications

• Welcoming customers and taking beverage orders.
• Informing customers about beverages and specials.
• Knowledge of menu items, contents and preparation to answer questions.
• Mixing ingredients, garnishing, and serving beverages.
• Checking IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Responsible service of alcohol per laws and safety guidelines.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies for bar.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions and balance cash.
• Learn bar vocabulary and product knowledge.
• Perform all duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assess preferences, and recommend drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to Fogo recipes.
• Maintain bar stock and cleanliness while managing multiple tables.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and safety standards.
• Process payments and balance cash at shift end.
