Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 1–3 years of bartending experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills; strong customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Maintain positive guest experience and atmosphere.
• Provide supervision for Barback where applicable.
• Complete required training for the position.
