Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and deliver friendly, efficient service to Guests. You will know the menu inside out and help create a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our FUN culture.

The role requires at least 6 months bartending experience, flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, and compliance with alcohol laws. You will keep a clean bar, handle payments, and collaborate with teammates to create memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• 6 months of bartending experience
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required
• Ability to effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests as an ambassador of FUN
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy
• Showcase extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guest needs
• Create memorable experiences with exceptional service
• Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures and policies
• Process payments and welcome guests back
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar; perform side duties
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
