Ontario Trillium Foundation in Burbank, CA is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to deliver an outstanding guest drinking experience. You will craft classic and innovative drinks, interact with patrons, take orders, and make recommendations to ensure guest satisfaction.

This full-time role offers a base salary plus tips and benefits including dental, vision, and a 401(k). Candidates should have proven bartending experience, knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Bartender
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation
• Computer literacy
• Second language is a plus
• Relevant training certificate

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
