Job summary

Prime Hospitality Group is seeking a Bartender for Ruth's Chris Steak House, delivering top-tier beverage service and maintaining bar standards. You will mix and serve drinks, assist in cashiering for bar guests, and uphold The Sizzle in every interaction.

Candidates should have bartending experience, a valid alcohol permit, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Weekend/evening availability and a SERV Safe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior bartending experience required.
• Valid permit to serve alcohol as required by state.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Ruth's Chris specifications.
• Provide timely beverages to service staff and cashier bar guests.
• Set up bar and perform opening/side work including stocking and par levels.
• Ensure guests receive high-quality service and maintain standards.
