Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly Bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and deliver great food, drinks and FUN for all Guests. You know the menu and provide exceptional service while upholding safety and sanitation.

You will engage Guests, recommend items, and maintain a clean, stocked bar with a team that values inclusion and rewards great work. This role requires 6 months of bartending experience and 21+ with alcohol certification.

Qualifications

• 6 months of bartending experience.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and engaging with Guests as ambassador of FUN.
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.
• Showcasing extensive beer, wine and cocktail knowledge.
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest needs.
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service.
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures and policies.
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back.
• Maintaining a stocked, clean and safe bar; completing side duties.
