Compass Group USA, operating Levy-branded venues, is seeking a bartender to provide beverage service at their Biloxi-area locations. You will greet guests, take drink orders, Mix and present drinks, and ensure responsible service with accurate cash handling.

The role emphasizes maintaining bar stock, following safety standards, and assisting in maintaining an inviting, clean bar area for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash and POS transactions.
• Knowledge of state liquor regulations and responsible service.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of bar area.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Maintains stock and prepares garnishes, juices and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner and takes drink orders.
• Mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Checks IDs and ensures responsible service; handles payments and cash drops.
