Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations for serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and garnishes.
• Maintains stock and ensures product quality of garnishes and perishables.
• Greets guests in a courteous manner.
• Takes orders, mixes and presents drinks using recipes, and manages portions.
• Checks IDs and ensures responsible service.
• Receives payments and records charges.
• Locks up and stores beverage products and equipment.
• Performs general cleaning to meet health standards.
• Maintains attractive bar displays.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
