Job summary

Costa Navarino, a sustainably driven destination in Messinia, Greece, is seeking a Bartender to join the team. You will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering attentive service while maintaining equipment and stock.

This role offers growth within a renowned hospitality brand in a multicultural setting. Requirements include a High School Diploma and experience in fast-paced hospitality; barista/bartender training is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders accurately and provide courteous and efficient service.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages, cocktails per approved recipes and Brand Standards.
• Prepare mise en place, maintain product availability and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients and products, and apply upselling techniques.
• Operate, clean and maintain coffee machines, bar equipment and tools properly.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, SOPs and Health & Safety requirements; stay updated on trends.

We are looking for an Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverage products while maintaining efficient bar preparation and equipment care. You will deliver attentive and welcoming service throughout every guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders accurately and provide courteous and efficient service.

• Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages, classic and signature cocktails according to approved recipes and Brand Standards.

• Prepare mise en place, maintain product availability and replenish supplies according to operational needs.

• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients and products, applying appropriate selling and upselling techniques.

• Operate, clean and maintain coffee machines, bar equipment and tools properly.

• Monitor stock levels and maintain clean, organized and safe work areas, reporting replenishment or maintenance needs when required.

• Follow responsible alcohol service, company policies, SOPs and Health & Safety requirements, while participating in training and keeping up to date with coffee and beverage trends.

• High School Diploma. Recognized barista or bartending training is an advantage.

• Previous experience as a Barista or Bartender in a high-volume or hospitality environment.

• Strong knowledge of coffee, cocktails and beverage preparation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong guest service, selling and upselling skills, with a proactive and guest-focused approach.

• Proficiency in POS systems, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, consistency and time management, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to varying shifts.
