Job summary

Montage International is seeking a bartender to turn passion into a career in a luxury hotel setting. You will interact with guests, take orders, mix cocktails, upsell, and ensure guest satisfaction while anticipating needs.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience and knowledge of bar operations.

Responsibilities

Your Journey

• I nteract one on one with guests, tak e orders, mak e cocktails, upsell, ensur e guest satisfaction and anticipat e gues t needs
• Exhibit proper knowledge, selling techniques and service delivery of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and any menu items offered
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar , stocking with appropriate products and supplies
• Work as a team and effectively communicating with management, bartenders, and service staff
• Deliver on guests' expectations and h av e the desire to create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs

Must Haves

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis
