White Lodging is seeking a bartender for Plaza San Antonio to deliver high-quality guest service. You will be knowledgeable about the menu, assist guests with recommendations, and maintain a clean bar while supporting a fast-paced service environment.

You may work long hours, weekends, and holidays with shifts scheduled via our app to maximize balance and flexibility. White Lodging offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within its premium hotel and restaurant portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to guests with friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Maintain clean bar area and complete daily cleaning duties.
• Know menu items, prep methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe work environment.
• Check IDs and monitor guests to prevent overservice.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
