White Lodging at Plaza San Antonio is seeking a friendly bartender to deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive great service at the bar. You’ll provide knowledgeable menu guidance, engage guests, and maintain cleanliness while working in a fast-paced setting.

We value teamwork and flexibility; expect long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed. The role includes scheduling flexibility via our app and opportunities across multiple hotel properties within the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating connections with friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Maintain high bar cleanliness and complete daily cleaning tasks.
• Be knowledgeable about all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, friendly work environment.
• Check IDs and monitor beverage service to prevent overserving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
