White Lodging is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar environment. This is a full-time, on-site role within our premium hotel properties across major U.S.

markets, with opportunities to grow and develop skills in a fast-paced setting. You should bring an outgoing personality, strong guest service instincts, and a willingness to learn or train in mixology techniques.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, social personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Experience in bartending preferred— hotel, restaurant or rooftop bar backgrounds a plus; willing to train the right candidate.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests—build connections through friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of full cocktail menu, beer, wine, ingredients, prep methods and garnishes; answer guest questions confidently.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, positive work environment.
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to ensure liquor law compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
• Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
