Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an experienced cocktail server to join our lobby bar team in Louisville. Evening availability from 4:00 PM until close, including weekends, is required.

You will be responsible for high-quality service, knowledge of the menu, and delivering hospitality that makes guests feel welcome. Join a team that values balance, flexibility, and opportunities to grow within our premium-brand hotels and dining venues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, friendly work environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as an ambassador of the establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Complete all necessary setup, side work, and closing duties.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of our establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
