Job Summary

The role involves preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to liquor regulations concerning minors and intoxicated guests.
2. Set up assigned bars; stock beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
3. Maintain stock and prepare garnishes, juices, and perishables.
4. Greet guests courteously.
5. Take and process drink orders; mix and garnish drinks.
6. Check guest IDs for alcohol service.
7. Detect guest intoxication and act accordingly.
8. Handle cash, verify charges, and record transactions.
9. Secure beverage products, cash, and equipment.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
11. Arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
12. Wash and sterilize stemware.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
