Job Summary

Summary: Prepare and serve beverages in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to liquor laws regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up and stock bars with beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintain and prepare garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greet guests courteously.
• Take and prepare drink orders, ensuring proper portioning.
• Verify guest IDs.
• Monitor guest intoxication and comply with liquor laws.
• Handle cash, verify charges, and record transactions.
• Secure all beverages, food, equipment, and cash.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
