Job summary

Chili's is seeking an energetic bartender to join our casual dining team in a fast-paced environment. You will craft drinks, assist guests, and contribute to a lively atmosphere with hospitality that reflects Chili's brand.

Responsibilities include providing an enjoyable bar experience, staying visible to assist guests and teammates, knowing the menu, and promoting responsible alcohol service. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest
• Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist Guests and Team Members
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
• Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean
• Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

About You

• Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed Guest's expectations
• Meets minimum age requirement in your locality for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to reach, bend, and frequently and lift up to 30 pounds
• Team player
• Previous bartending experience is a plus
