Job summary

Northwood Ravin is seeking a part-time bar staff member at the Charlotte Home Office. The role involves mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, while ensuring cleanliness and providing excellent customer service.

Essential Functions

• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar.
• Helping guests be aware of and choose items from the drink menu.
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service.
• Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years Bar experience (private club experience preferred).
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Successfully pass a drug screen.
• Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to community team.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• Operate Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook, community software.
• Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
• Neat, clean, professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community.
• Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook.
