Job summary

The Heathman Hotel Kirkland, operated by Columbia Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver guests a memorable beverage experience. You’ll work in a vibrant hotel bar setting, maintaining a polished atmosphere and outstanding service.

Responsibilities include preparing a wide range of drinks, handling POS transactions, and ensuring compliance with liquor regulations. This role offers perks and daily pay options within a collaborative, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• One year of related education, training and/or experience.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Working knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• Cash handling procedures familiarity.
• Operate bar equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve inspired cocktails with beverage expertise.
• Maintain an unmatched, clean, and well-maintained bar atmosphere.
• Assist guests in a friendly, engaging manner to deliver exceptional experiences.

What Success Looks Like:

Your Impact

• At least one year of related education, training and/or experience.
• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.
• Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment.
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
• Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
