Description

The Hilton DFW Lakes is looking for a bartender for the full service sports bar and restaurant, Bonnie and Clyde's.

This is a pm shift, days vary based on business demands.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems; providing the highest quality service to guests and servers, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation while also maintaining control over the liquor inventory.

• TABC and Food handlers certification
• Perform opening and closing side work
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the company’s mixing, portion control and presentation standards.
• Serve guests food and beverages in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Be familiar with the operation of the P.O.S. system.
• Check ID's to ensure legal serving age per Texas TABC requirements
• Perform any other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• This position requires a minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a full service hotel bar, or high volume restaurant.
• TABC certification and Food handlers certification required
