Job Overview

The Hilton DFW Lakes is seeking a bartender for the full-service sports bar and restaurant, Bonnie and Clyde's. This is a PM shift with days varying based on business demands. The Bartender is responsible for preparing drink orders according to recipes, providing high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and controlling liquor inventory.

Essential Requirements

• TABC and Food Handler certifications
• Perform opening and closing side work
• Prepare beverages and cocktails per company standards
• Serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate the POS system proficiently
• Check IDs to ensure legal serving age as per Texas TABC
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a full-service hotel bar or high-volume restaurant
• Valid TABC and Food Handler certifications
