• Handle cash accurately, including proper discounting, using MICROS system (or registers), bank procedures, and tip policies.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive guest relations.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete formal training on liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment, following all local, state, and federal guidelines regarding food and beverage handling.
