Promontory, located just outside of Park City, Utah, is seeking a Food and Beverage Beach Club Bartender – Full-time Summer Seasonal.
The Beach Clubhouse offers a casual dining experience inspired by the classic beach ball, serving Caribbean-inspired light lunch options in an indoor/outdoor cafe setting.
We are looking for experienced bartenders with a proven record of excellent service, attention to detail, and compliance with UDABC legal standards. Compensation will be competitive based on experience.
The summer season runs from Mid-May through Mid-September, with potential for top performers to transition into full-time, permanent roles.
Educational Requirements and Certifications: High school diploma or GED preferred; must obtain Utah Food Handler's Permit within two weeks; recognized alcohol server training card by UDABC required; must be at least 21 years old for alcohol service.
Previous Experience: At least 2 years of bartending experience preferred; experience with casual restaurant environments and POS software (Northstar) is a plus; strong communication and organizational skills required; high attention to detail and multitasking ability essential.
Work Knowledge: Ability to work independently, follow policies, and provide courteous service to members and staff.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally; willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
Wages start at $15/hr plus tips, with additional benefits including uniform and equipment allowance, employee meals, and golf privileges.
