Job Summary:

The Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing the highest quality of beverage production and service to our Members and guests during events. This role also supports all Club venues, events, and fellow Employees in delivering quality beverages and service. The Banquet Bartender maintains the bar, bar service areas, and related storerooms in a neat, organized, and secure manner. This Employee follows proper procedures for stocking, cleaning, and ensuring opening/closing duties are performed to prepare the bar for all events.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the setup at the start of each shift (e.g., put bottles out, set up garnish tray, check and stock juices, stock glassware, fill ice bin, etc.).
2. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure all necessary items are in place.
3. Ensure all liquor items are stocked and ready for use. Responsible for liquor control and accurate pouring of products.
4. Have clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available for events.
5. Complete all event assignments and side work in respective areas to meet Club standards.
6. Notify management of Member/Guest complaints as they occur and practice good service recovery to address any issues promptly during events.

About You:

• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Working knowledge of bar-related beverages, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Knowledge of common cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty drinks.
• Alcohol Intervention and Coach Certification (C.A.R.E).
• Passion for exceeding Member expectations and a commitment to excellence to provide the highest quality Member and guest experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
