Job summary

Five Iron Golf is seeking a bartender to deliver exceptional service at its venues. You will greet guests, learn preferences, craft beverages and assist with food service while maintaining a welcoming bar environment.

Responsibilities include recommending items, managing bar stock, creating cocktail specials, and ensuring legal age verification. This role requires nights and weekend availability and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and assist.
• Comfortable standing/walking/bending for long periods.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide above-and-beyond service to Guests with a friendly face.
• Expertise in spirits/beer/wine.
• Maintain an appealing and guest-ready bar area.
• Determine Guests’ beverage preferences and make recommendations.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to keep bar stocked.
• Create fresh ideas for specials, cocktails, and promos.
• Understand simulator functionality and other business functions.
• Verify identification to ensure legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Take pride in Guests’ enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf.
