Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort in Shelton, WA is seeking a bartender to join our bar team. You will prepare and serve beverages, maintain a clean bar, and restock supplies while delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, bartender training or experience, and must pass a background check and hold a Class 12 Mixologist Permit along with a Washington State Food Worker Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bartender training and/or previous bartender experience required.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Current Class 12 Mixologist Permit required.
• Current Washington State Food Worker Card required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages following recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and restock supplies as needed.
• Ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience while mixing and serving drinks.
• Stay informed about events on the property and share relevant information with guests.
• Show sensitivity and respect for Native American culture in all interactions.

This position will be located in the new Arcade, which is currently estimated to open in mid-November. The selected team member is expected to begin in October for training.

Do you enjoy crafting exceptional drinks and providing outstanding customer service? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Bartender to join our team at Little Creek. As a key member of our bar team, you'll ensure our guests enjoy a memorable experience, mixing drinks and cocktails with skill and precision. In addition to your bartending duties, you'll maintain a clean, organized bar, and assist in keeping supplies stocked to meet the needs of our high-energy environment. If you're known for your strong customer service, have a great knowledge of beverages and cocktails, and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages, including wines, cocktails, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience by accurately mixing and serving drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as necessary.
• Stay informed about events on the property and share relevant information with bar guests.
• Show sensitivity and respect for Native American culture in all interactions.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bartender Training and/or Previous Bartender Experience.
