Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Bar Porter to support the new Arcade location, with training starting in October ahead of a mid-November opening. The role focuses on maintaining the bar area, ensuring supplies, cleanliness, and high-quality service for patrons.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, is 21+, and prefers prior bar set-up experience. Licenses and permits, including gaming and mixology credentials, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Experience in bar set-up preferred.
• Compliance with sanitation practices and safety rules. (as applicable)

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar area relative to supplies, equipment and the removal of soiled articles.
• Ensure ample supplies of glassware, napkins, straws and ice are available during service periods.
• Complete all established bar set-up duties in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation practices and procedures to ensure that bar and related equipment remain clean, sanitary and odor-free at all times.
• Promote and encourage positive customer relations.

This position will be located in the new Arcade, which is currently estimated to open in mid-November. The selected team member is expected to begin in October for training.

The Bar Porter maintains adequate levels of bar supplies and equipment and a high standard of cleanliness to the bar area, ensuring high caliber service to patrons.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain bar area relative to supplies, equipment and the removal of soiled articles.
• Ensure ample supplies of glassware, napkins, straws and ice are available during service periods.

• Class 12 Mixologist Permit.
