Coral Hospitality is seeking a bartender for Amicalola Falls Lodge in Georgia. The role involves crafting cocktails and serving beverages to guests, handling payments, and keeping the bar stocked and clean.

You will work with the kitchen to ensure smooth service and contribute to promotions at the bar. Experience in bartending, a customer‑first attitude, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Responsive to guest needs and able to upsell promotions.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Serve wine and beer to patrons.
• Handle cash and collect payment for drinks.
• Replenish bar stock and requisition liquors.
• Arrange bottles and glassware for display.
• Garnish drinks and inform guests about promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area.
• Coordinate with kitchen for food service.

Qualifications:

Under the direct supervision of the F&B Manager/Supervisor, this position mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar for Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should perform the following essential functions of the position:

• Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Serves wine and draught or bottled beer
• Collects money for drinks served
• Requisitions liquors and supplies
• Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
• Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks
• Informs guests of all food, beverage and bar promotions
• Adheres to accounting practices and standards
• Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of bar area
• Works closely with the kitchen in the serving of food
• Breaks down bar, locks up liquor and stores fruit and juices properly
• Accepts responsibility for recognizing over-indulgence of alcoholic beverages by customers
• Other duties as assigned by managers/supervisors
• Complies with laws of the State of Georgia
