BARTENDER - Earn up to $1,000-$1,500 per week!

Our Bartenders are experienced, confident, and capable of providing exceptional hospitality in a busy restaurant environment. They have extensive knowledge about our scratch-made food and drinks, can guide guests through our menus, and are essential in creating a welcoming, clean, and relaxed experience for our guests. Our Bartenders become experts in our service, operations, brand, and company, with opportunities for promotion to bartending or leadership roles.

Requirements to be a Bartender:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, and use hands and arms continuously
• At least 1 year of experience in full or quick service dining
• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol

Training Tasks:

• Complete TIPS training before bartending
• Complete FRG Bartender training with certified trainers
• Pass daily recipe tests
• Pass AM service bar practical, including making 6 non-alcoholic beverages in 10 minutes
• Work AM shifts until certified to the next bar level

Typical Tasks:

• Take orders and assist guests with food and beverages
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address issues
• Verify IDs for alcohol service
• Process payments and ring checks
• Clear tables and serve food and drinks
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the station
• Describe menu items and ingredients
• Greet, seat, and thank guests
• Perform cleaning duties
• Inform customers of specials
• Prepare drinks and chill wine bottles
• Stock supplies at the bar
• Maintain punctuality and attendance
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Recommend wines and provide local area information
• Other duties as assigned
