Renaissance Shoals Resort and Spa is seeking a motivated Bartender to join the 360 Grille team in Florence, AL. You will prepare and serve a full range of beverages, as well as assist the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires maintaining a clean bar, monitoring alcohol service, and collaborating with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Heart of Hospitality:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to our recipes and guests’ preferences.


• Keep Things Running Smoothly:Maintaining bar area. Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized, ensuring supplies are replenished and equipment is properly maintained. Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest intoxication levels according to company guidelines and local laws.


• Collaborating with Team Members:Work closely with kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.


• Handling Customer Concerns:Address customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.


• Compliance:Adhere to health and safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and company policies.
