Job summary

The Club at Ruby Hill in Pleasanton, CA is hiring a Bartender to craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages behind the bar and in dining areas. You will engage guests, suggest drinks, and ensure quality as part of a dynamic team at Arcis Golf.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of bartending experience and strong people skills, with a focus on accuracy, hospitality, and learning new recipes in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Fill drink orders for guests and answer questions about ingredients.
• Create and serve a wide variety of beverages and cocktails behind the bar and in dining areas.
• Maintain beverage quality and service standards to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Operate and care for bar equipment and monitor alcohol service to prevent underage distribution.

As a Bartender you are the mixologist! The Bartender is to create and serve alcoholic or soft drink beverages behind the bar and in the dining area. Bartenders create sippable delights for members and guests!

On the job: Fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks Responsible for the proper operation of all bar equipment Maintain beverage quality and service standards contributing to positive guest experience Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21

Pay Range: $16.90 - $30.00
