Job summary

Arcis Golf is hiring a bartender at Broad Bay Country Club - Virginia Beach, VA. The role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages behind the bar and in the dining area to members and guests.

We value excellent people skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. 1–2 years of bartending experience is preferred; training will be provided where needed.

• 1–2 years bartending experience.

• Willingness to learn and perform.

Responsibilities

• Fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails
• Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
• Responsible for the proper operation of all bar equipment
• Maintain beverage quality and service standards contributing to positive guest experience
• Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21
