Arcis Golf’s The Woodlands location is seeking a bartender to mix and serve drinks behind the bar and in dining areas, creating sippable delights for members and guests.

The role emphasizes guest service, accurate drink preparation, proper operation of bar equipment, and responsible alcohol service to comply with age checks; prior experience and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years bartending experience.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and perform.

Responsibilities

• Fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails.
• Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Responsible for the proper operation of all bar equipment.
• Maintain beverage quality and service standards contributing to positive guest experience.
• Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21.
