Job summary

Six Flags Frontier City is seeking a Bartender to deliver energetic, friendly service while serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced water park setting. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, with pay of $12 per hour plus tips.

You will handle POS transactions, maintain bar area, and support other Food & Beverage tasks, working outdoors, year-round weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bartender at least 21 years old with good communication and guest service skills.
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification required; ABLE license required.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment; reliable and team-oriented.
• Experience in bartending or F&B is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Six Flags standards
• Provide outstanding Guest service by engaging with Guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Verify Guest identification and ensure responsible service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area(s), including stocking and sanitation
• Accurately handle all credit card transactions and POS System operations
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation requirements
• Monitor Guest behavior and escalates concerns when necessary
• Support other Associates and assist in other Food & Beverage areas as needed.

• Must be reliable, team-oriented and maintain a positive attitude
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in various weather conditions
• Must complete ServSafe Alcohol Certification
• Must obtain and maintain Alcohol Beverage Employee License from the State of Oklahoma ABLE Commission
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
