Wachusett Brew Yard is looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality pro to serve as our Bartender—a frontline leadership role that ensures smooth service and exceptional guest experiences without formal supervisory duties. If you love craft beer, have solid restaurant chops, and enjoy energizing a team while delivering high standards, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Serve guests with top-tier customer service and genuine hospitality
• Support and guide front-of-house staff to keep service flowing smoothly
• Pour beers, fill growlers, and talk guests through our offerings with confidence and enthusiasm
• Foster a positive, pride-filled team environment through your presence and example
• Maintain a clean, organized space that reflects our standards and values
• Ensure safety and compliance, including age verification for all alcohol service
• Operate POS system, handle cash drawer with accuracy, and follow opening/closing procedures

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a high-volume hospitality or bar setting
• Knowledge of craft beer and a curiosity to learn more
