Job Description: Bartender

Reports to: General Manager (Non-exempt position)

Position Purpose: Responsible for preparing and serving beverages at the bar or through wait staff, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly and acknowledge waiting guests.
2. Prepare cocktails and coffee drinks as ordered, serve bar guests.
3. Ensure accurate measurements, especially for signature cocktails.
4. Use credit cards to open tabs not closed immediately.
5. Accurately enter drinks on checks.
6. Maintain proper stock of beers, wines, juices, waters.
7. Keep the bar appearance clean and inviting during service.
8. Complete closing checklist and cash out after shifts.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization per health standards.
10. Requisition and restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes.
11. Report issues with equipment immediately.
12. Ensure the bar is clean and stocked at shift end.
13. Assist with deliveries and couriers as needed.
14. Stay knowledgeable about menus and attend training.
15. Be an ambassador of our brand and offerings.

Minimum Requirements:
