Job summary

Dave & Busters Inc. is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and deliver exceptional guest service in West Chester, PA. You’ll know the menu, make smart recommendations, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

You’ll welcome guests, upsell items, handle transactions, and keep a stocked, clean bar while staying flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of bartending experience.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Comply with the company uniform standards.
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience.
• Teamwork is a must (Remember, teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy (Show your salesmanship!)
• Showcasing your extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest's needs
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
• Process payment transactions and invite our Guests back to the FUN!
• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe bar, while completing the necessary side work
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
