Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Bartender/Server to join our team and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced setting. The role focuses on providing beverage and food service, greeting guests, and maintaining bar operations with attention to compliance and safety.

The successful candidate will have bartending experience, strong customer orientation, and excellent communication skills, enabling personalized guest recognition and smooth service during busy events and shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bartending experience preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
• Must have strong customer/guest orientation
• Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be dependable

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment
• Assures that all laws applicable to food and beverage operations are consistently followed
• Provides food and beverage service to guests
• Prepares and serves food as needed
• Collects payment for food and drinks served
• Greets and provides immediate attention to guests
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service.
• Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
• Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
• Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Position Summary:
The Bartender/Server is integral to the guest experience and is responsible for providing a high-quality service-oriented environment. The Bartender/Server provides food and beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property.

Compensation: $7.25 Plus tips and event gratuity
