Job Summary

This is a seasonal, event-based role from April to September.

Summary

Prepares and serves beverages in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to liquor laws regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up bars, stock all necessary supplies.
• Maintain and prepare garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greet guests courteously.
• Take and process drink orders, mix and garnish drinks, practice portion control.
• Verify guest IDs.
• Detect and act on guest inebriation, know liquor laws.
• Handle cash, verify charges, record transactions.
• Secure all beverage and cash assets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
