Job Opportunity: Full-time Bartender at Sarasota National

Sarasota National is seeking a full-time Bartender who excels in a hospitality environment and is dedicated to providing superior service to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock, mix, and serve alcoholic beverages; assist with cost control and inventory management.
2. Maintain inventory control and communicate supply needs to management.
3. Ensure compliance with liquor laws and operational procedures.
4. Address guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
5. Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash handling, cleaning, and restocking.
6. Handle checks and cash transactions using the Point of Sale system.
7. Review banquet schedules and assist with events, including serving catered parties and occasionally serving meals.
8. Follow safe work practices and perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED, with at least one year of bartending experience or equivalent.
2. Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
3. Ability to work in a high-volume bar environment.
4. Previous bartending experience is required.
5. Willingness to work outdoors at the tiki bar during Florida summers.
