Job summary

R365hire is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team, delivering exceptional beverage experiences for guests at the bar and during dining.

You will prepare cocktails, interact with customers, take orders, and help develop cocktail offerings while maintaining standards for ID checks and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting at our Ohio location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender.
• General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assist in development of cocktail offerings.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Maintain bar supplies.
